Sharp Picks Privacy Policy

Sharp Picks is a small app for tracking picks in private NFL pick’em leagues among friends. This page explains what information the app collects and how it’s used.

Information we collect

• Phone number — used to sign you in via SMS verification code. No password is required.
• Username — the name shown to other members of your league(s).
• Picks and pick history — the weekly spread/total selections you submit within a league.
• Push notification token — used to send you reminders before your league’s pick deadline. Only stored if you grant notification permission.

How your information is used

Your phone number, username, and picks are visible only to members of the same private league(s) you belong to — leagues are invite-only. We use your data solely to operate the app: authenticating you, displaying standings and history, and sending pick-deadline reminders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

App data is stored with Supabase, our backend database and authentication provider. Game odds and scores are pulled from The Odds API; no personal information is sent to that service.

Data retention and deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile tab inside the app. This removes your profile, league memberships, pick history, and push notification token. If you’re the commissioner of a league, you’ll need to transfer or delete that league first.
